One-on-one coaching with Jack Johnson
Build a life where you belong.
One you are proud to call your own.
There is more in you than your current life is asking of you.
The premise
Your health, habits, mindset, relationships, work, money, sense of self, and direction do not exist separately. Each one shapes the others. Jack Johnson Coaching helps you understand those connections, identify the roadblocks that keep repeating, and make the changes required to move through them.
The goal is to bring all eight areas back under your direction so they become sources of strength instead of forces that control your life.

Knowing what would help is not the same as living it.
People often begin coaching with a reasonable idea of what would help: sleep better, train consistently, face the difficult conversation, look honestly at their money, protect their time, stop numbing out, and decide what they actually want.
The difficulty is making those choices consistently and holding yourself to them while life, in all its unpredictability, keeps happening. Work gets busy, so health slips. A relationship feels uncertain, so focus disappears. You lose direction, so distraction begins to feel like relief. A few disconnected days become a disconnected season. Eventually, it starts to feel like this is simply who you are.
In this work, those slips become useful information. A setback shows us where the structure of your life breaks down. It reveals what you care about by showing you what you miss when it is gone. Most importantly, it gives us something real to work with.
Whole-life coaching follows those connections. Together, we identify what keeps repeating, what triggers it, and what must change so progress in one part of your life does not come at the expense of another.
Your new life will cost you your old one.
Meaningful change is uncomfortable because something familiar must usually be surrendered: a habit, an excuse, a relationship with work, a way of avoiding conflict, or a story you have relied on to explain why things cannot change.
The larger the result you want, the more likely it is that the required change will ask something difficult of you. Jack will not make those decisions for you, but you will not have to face them alone. The work is to help you understand what must change, move through the discomfort deliberately, and reach a life in which you belong and are proud of the person you are becoming.
Your life is built on eight interconnected pillars.
When one weakens, the effects rarely remain contained. When one becomes stronger, it can create stability throughout the rest of your life.
We do not attempt to overhaul all eight at once. We begin with the area creating the greatest cost, strain, or instability. Removing what repeatedly pulls you backward will often create more change than adding another ideal habit to a life that cannot support it.
First, we address what is draining, distorting, or disrupting the rest of your life. Then, as space and stability return, we introduce the habits, decisions, and structures that allow something better to take its place. The goal is not perfect alignment. It is to make the eight pillars work together, under your direction, in service of the life you want to live.
- Health
- Sleep, energy, training, nutrition, recovery, and the routines that support your body. Coaching does not diagnose or treat medical conditions.
- Habits
- The behaviors that shape your days, including consistency, avoidance, distraction, vice, and follow-through.
- Mindset
- The beliefs, thought patterns, and self-talk that influence how you respond under pressure.
- Relationships
- Communication, honesty, closeness, conflict, boundaries, and the way you show up for the people who matter.
- Work
- Ambition, execution, satisfaction, leadership, pace, and the question of what your work is for.
- Money
- The habits, priorities, decisions, and emotions that shape your financial life. Coaching is not financial or investment advice.
- Self
- Your values, identity, integrity, self-respect, and the relationship you have with yourself when no one is watching.
- Direction
- What you are building, what deserves your attention now, and whether your life is moving somewhere you actually want to go.
You are not alone in this anymore.
Nothing important has to remain hidden here. This work will ask you to look honestly at parts of yourself you may have protected, justified, or avoided. That can be uncomfortable. It can also be relieving, clarifying, and deeply freeing.
This is a private place to understand the walls you have built around yourself, both in response to what actually happened and because of what you came to believe about it. Together, we determine which of those walls still protect something valuable and which ones now keep you contained.
We work to understand the structure you are living from and rebuild it so the same honesty, strength, and direction can carry into every part of your life.
In every conversation, we work through what is on your mind and what sits beneath it. We begin with what is happening in your life now. Then we look for the deeper pattern, belief, fear, or decision giving it power. The objective is not merely to solve today's problem. It is to understand why the same problem keeps returning in different forms.
We do not treat setbacks as proof that life is against you. We treat them as information. Whatever happens gives us something honest to examine: where you are, what matters to you, what you are protecting, and what still needs to change. No matter how uncomfortable the process becomes, you will have someone beside you helping you understand it, grow through it, and stop standing in your own way.
01
See the whole picture
We begin with an honest baseline across the eight areas of your life. What is working? What is not? What have you tried? What have you avoided?
02
Name what keeps repeating
We look for the same pattern appearing under different names. The missed workout, the late-night scroll, and the avoided conversation may be connected.
03
Understand what drives it
We identify the pressure, belief, reward, fear, or environment that keeps the pattern alive. This is where a surface fix becomes a real explanation.
04
Make and practice a better decision
We turn that explanation into a specific change. Then we watch what happens, adjust without drama, and keep practicing until the new choice becomes more natural than the old one.
What a week looks like
- One private virtual coaching conversation with Jack each week.
- A clear review of what happened since the last conversation.
- Focused work on the one or two decisions that matter most.
- Written next steps in a shared working document.
- Direct written access to Jack between conversations for questions, updates, and course corrections.
The first 90 days are about getting to the core of who you are.
There is no predetermined sequence that every person follows. Your life determines where we begin. What comes forward in conversation determines where we go next.
Jack recommends giving the work at least 90 days because one honest conversation can create clarity, but understanding the walls you have built, why they exist, and how to move beyond them takes time. Three months gives us room to see what repeats, make deliberate changes, and learn what remains true when ordinary life applies pressure.
The first 90 days may include
- Looking honestly across all eight pillars and identifying where the greatest strain begins.
- Following patterns as they appear across your health, habits, relationships, work, money, mindset, sense of self, and direction.
- Understanding which walls still protect something valuable and which ones now keep you contained.
- Making specific changes, watching what happens in real life, and adjusting without treating a setback as failure.
- Building a clearer relationship with yourself so the changes can extend into every part of your life.
The goal is not a perfect life. It is to become someone you trust with your life.
Much of what happens to us is outside our control. Work changes. Relationships change. Plans fail. Loss, uncertainty, and difficult seasons still arrive. Coaching cannot promise that your life will become easy or that every outcome will go your way.
The deeper goal is to build a version of yourself you can rely on when those moments come. Someone who knows what matters, can face what is true, and trusts that even when life changes without permission, you will be able to meet it and find a way forward.
That is what it means to belong in your own life: not controlling every outcome, but feeling at home in the person who will face it. You wake up proud of how you are living, confident in the person you are becoming, and secure in the fact that you have a place in your own life.
Start CoachingDo you feel that you belong in the life you are living?
Are you living the life you want? Do you feel that you are moving toward what is calling you? Or do you sense that you are holding yourself back, even when you cannot fully explain how?
In Jack's experience, what holds us back is often not a lack of ability or information. It is the beliefs we protect, the actions we repeat, and the parts of ourselves we avoid examining. Those patterns can change when we are willing to see them clearly and take responsibility for what comes next.
This work asks something of both of us. Coaching works when the relationship is honest, the work is specific, and both people are willing to pay attention to what actually happens.
This is likely right for you if
- You are tired of knowing what to do and watching yourself avoid it.
- You are willing to tell the truth, especially when it is inconvenient.
- You want to work on your life as a whole, not one isolated symptom.
- You want direct feedback, useful questions, and decisions you can act on.
- You can protect time for a private conversation each week and stay with the work long enough to learn from it.
This is not the right service if
- You need therapy, medical treatment, crisis support, or another licensed professional service.
- You want a coach to make decisions for you or hand you a plan that requires no participation.
- You only want narrow tactical help in fitness, business, or investing.
- You are not ready to examine the choices that are producing your current life.

Take the Life AuditI built this practice around a question I could not leave alone.

How do I become someone who belongs in his own life, is proud of the way he is living, and trusts himself to meet whatever comes?
That question has followed me through every serious part of my own life: building businesses, working as a luxury real estate broker, competing in golf, making music, and spending years studying health and human performance.
Those may look like separate pursuits. To me, they are all expressions of the person at the center of them. I have long believed that how you do one thing often reveals how you do everything. The discipline you bring to work, the avoidance that appears in a relationship, and the promises you keep or break with yourself are rarely isolated events.
That is why the eight pillars matter. They let us see where the same pattern is appearing under different names. When we understand the person and the belief at the center of that pattern, the change can radiate outward into the way you care for your body, use your time, handle money, build relationships, pursue work, and choose a direction.
I know the gap between being capable and feeling fully in command of your life. I know what it is to have discipline in one area and avoidance in another, to understand exactly what should change and still resist changing it. Paying close attention to that gap became the work behind this practice.
Now I work one-on-one with people who want their lives to feel more deliberate. I am not here to hand you a generic plan or pretend that I have solved life. My role is to ask sharper questions, tell you the truth as I see it, help you make decisions you respect, and hold you to those decisions long enough to learn what they can change.
You work with me every week. There is no sales team, junior coach, or handoff after enrollment. The person you partner with is the person who remains with you through every step of the work.

Questions.
What actually happens each week?
You meet privately with Jack by video each week. There is no preset lesson or identical agenda. You begin with what is happening in your life, work through the pattern, belief, or decision that matters most, and determine what should happen next. A shared record keeps useful observations and decisions visible, and you have direct written access to Jack between conversations for questions, updates, and course corrections.
Will I work with Jack every week?
Yes. Jack handles the coaching himself. There is no handoff to another coach after you enroll.
How is coaching different from therapy?
Therapy is healthcare provided by a licensed mental health professional and may include the diagnosis or treatment of mental health conditions. Coaching is not healthcare. This work focuses on your present life, the patterns shaping it, the decisions in front of you, and the actions you are willing to practice. Coaching can complement therapy, but it does not replace it.
Is this health, business, relationship, or financial coaching?
It is whole-life coaching. We can work across health, habits, mindset, relationships, work, money, self, and direction because changes in one area often affect the others. Coaching does not provide medical treatment, therapy, legal advice, tax advice, or investment advice.
Why does coaching cost $1,500 per month?
You are not paying for a weekly call alone. The fee supports a private, ongoing coaching relationship with a small roster: weekly conversations, preparation, direct written access between conversations, a shared record of useful observations and decisions, and the same coach beside you throughout the work.
How long should I expect to stay?
The service is month to month, and you may cancel at any time before your next billing date. Jack recommends giving the work at least 90 days. A single conversation may create clarity, but seeing a pattern across ordinary life, changing it, and learning what holds usually requires more than one conversation. The 90-day recommendation is not a contractual commitment.
What if it is not a fit?
If you decide coaching is not right for you, you may request a refund of your initial payment within seven calendar days of purchase. After that window, payments are final and nonrefundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. You may cancel before any future monthly billing date; cancellation stops the next renewal and does not refund the current billing period. The refund policy and coaching agreement contain the complete terms.
Do I need to apply or book a discovery call?
No. Enrollment is direct. Enter your details, review the coaching agreement, complete payment securely, and schedule your first conversation from the member portal.
